Fountain House, so called as it is located adjacent to Lower Fountain Hill, was designed to occupy the vacant site on which it is now sited on the busy Spencer Road. The ground floor was to be retail premises, whilst the upper floors were designed to accommodate office space. ADMS designed and overseen this project through the planning application stage with another agent then assuming the project through to completion. Although the brief proved a challenge, since the client requested as much height (and floors) as possible – the planners were naturally eager to resist this due to the context of the site. However, a four storey building was achieved and has been fully occupied since its completion in 2006.

Located in Campsie, this large portal framed building was designed to accommodate the requirements of CFC Interiors, who specialise in bespoke furniture and interior fit out of the home. Working closely with the structural engineer ADMS Architects devised a simple yet very effective building design which allowed the shops wares to be displayed in a bright and easy to navigate manner.
