The client brief for this new build dwelling was to provide a grand family home which would have a commanding presence and approach, as well as an extremely high standard of finishes inside and out. Formal in both appearance and on plan, the design agreed on with our client and planning service has created a very high class dwelling, with bespoke staircase, fireplaces and other specialist features. Being set well back from the public road to which it fronts allowed a sweeping driveway, and once the gardens have matured will provide an even more graceful access to this classically styled , yet internally contemporary home.
