This project was a new departure at the time for ADMS Architects, and has now equipped us with the knowledge to understand the full workings of a metal galvanising plant. Working in close co-operation with the American based specifiers of the machinery / plant for the project, detail plans were agreed on that would allow all the internal fixtures to be integrated seamlessly. In addition to the main workshop are of this large scale operation, office space and staff accommodation were incorporated into the frontage of the design, as well as all parking and access arrangements for staff, visitors and deliveries. This plant continues to operate to full capacity since its completion.
