From early feasibility studies to completion on site, we offer a complete or partial service for all project sizes.
Early sketch drawings are developed based on client aspirations, then when we (and more importantly, our client/s) are satisfied the project is suitable, application to obtain planning permission will be compiled and submitted.
Pending a successful outcome, detailed / working drawings will be produced to allow a Building Control application to be lodged and subsequently tendering and work on site to be commenced. A full on site inspection and certification service is alos available on all projects.
Throughout this process we work with the relevant external consultants and contractors / sub-contractors to ensure complete co-ordination of the design team package as a whole. Along with close co-operation and input from our clients we have found these processes to be the basis of both good design and successful completion of work on site.
