Condition Appraisals

Although not the mainstay of our work, as qualified Architects, ADMS have provided condition appraisal reports for a significant number of building types during the past 20 years. These reports, depending on the level of detail required, may also involve liaison with other sub-consultants, such as structural engineers, dampness specialists and mechanical / electrical engineers. 

Fortunately, we hold good relationships with many of these experts and are always happy to advise accordingly.
