Established in 1990, David Graham was appointed Director / Senior Architect in 2004. Having previously worked in Australia and Belfast, David returned to home roots with the aim of growing the practice. David has gained dozens of return clients – bearing testament to the unique relationships which are developed during our projects.

Legal Matters

Vast experience of coordination and appointment of other design consultants has been an essential part of our renowned project delivery (we are very happy to admit that even Architects don’t know everything!). David has built many strong relationships with Engineers, Energy Consultants, Ecologists, Flood Specialists, Acoustic Consultants, Landscape Architects and many more.

Close working relationships with many Solicitors, built over many years, has brought about a particular and quite unique expertise in providing a legal mapping service. Often complex, and always very bespoke, this is a service ADMS are extremely competent in providing. Tailored mapping / plans regarding land transfers, legal easements and general property conveyance matters are all areas which we specialise in.

Our legal involvement expertise also extends to preparation and proving of plans for hospitality alcohol licensing matters, for which we have provided numerous clients over the years.
