Often complex, and always very bespoke, this is a service ADMS are extremely competent in providing. Tailored mapping / plans regarding land transfers, legal easements and general property conveyance matters are all areas which we specialise in. Regularly involving site visits and one to one meetings, this is an area of work which we are more than happy to undertake and will ensure the highest levels of professionalism in. 

As chartered architects, court appearances in order to prove drawings prepared for hospitality premises has also formed a large part of our workload throughout the years. Bars, nightclubs, restaurants, retail premises (selling alcohol) have all been catered for.
