Victoria Gate Dwelling
Set on a steep development site within the Waterside area, this dwelling design aimed at capitalising on the fantastic panoramic views across the city. Capturing the views from all main living areas and bedrooms was achieved in this very contemporary, but still comfortable home. Set over three levels, the dwelling also achieved an A standard energy rating.
