The Depot
Having fallen into a poor state of repair, after many years of being vacant, this once popular bar (previously known as The Shenandoagh) in Limavady was in need of real attention when our client approached us to undertake a complete refurbishment of the premises.
The building was somewhat of an eyesore within its central location of the town, and so thought was given to how the external appearance could be improved – whilst working within a very strict budget. Additional windows, breaking of the roof line, introduction of vertical window elements and focused lighting would all help to lift the main frontage of the premises. Internally, the design introduced additional space to enable a nightclub and bar food facilities, as well as an external smoking terrace and large BBQ space.
The bar has continued to thrive since the refurbishment, under the leadership of our well-informed client whose vast experience in this industry is clearly evident.
