Located within a long established, and very popular residential area, this dwelling was showing its age as far as the living and kitchen areas to the rear were concerned. The small kitchen with a distinct lack of natural light remained from the original design and did not offer a space suitable for modern day family home.

By introducing a much higher ceiling level to an extended kitchen and living area, combined with roof glazing and generous corner glazing to the garden the space has been transformed to create a light filled, comfortable kitchen / dining and living space.

This has futureproofed the dwelling for many years into the future, ensuring it will now continue as a home, designed to meet expectations of modern family life.
