Campsie Dwelling
This house was approved under a replacement dwelling policy in planning. The design was based on a concept of having a traditional style / large farmhouse, with a contemporary element to the rear / side. Although an entirely new construction, these two very distinctive elements were often referred to as the ‘old bit’ and the ‘new bit’ during design discussions. Planners, and the client loved the idea, and we feel it fits into the agricultural background perfectly.
