Clooney Dwelling
This modest, but practical retirement dwelling was designed to sit within the rear garden area of the client’s previous larger home. A challenging planning application which was successfully navigated to an approval by ADMS has allowed the client to remain close to their growing family and are still able to enjoy the garden area which they now share.
Practically sized for a retired couple, who still enjoy having family members stay, the dwelling was orientated around the views across the garden and its southern aspect – with a more private living space to the rear. The main bedroom and study occupy the ground floor whilst additional guest rooms are available upstairs.
