Following a series of fires within this group of commercial / hospitality premises, ADMS Architects were appointed to act as principal design team member to undertake gaining statutory approvals for the reinstatement of all the affected premises.

Working closely with the loss adjuster and quantity surveyor, we co-ordinated structural engineers and M&E Engineers information to gain all the required approvals to ensure legal compliance, as well as attending to any on site issues as they arose.
