Appointed by project managers and office fit-out company, Calibro Workspace, ADMS Architects were appointed to undertake feasibility, design, and a planning submission for this vacant and much extremely dilapidated warehouse premises.

Although in very poor condition, feasibility studies and initial consultation with planning authorities helped decide that demolition and replacement was not an option. With the building occupying a road boundary, the reduction of floor space for a new design within the site would not be feasible.

Therefore, a complete re-design and refurbishment was undertaken to provide 3 floors of category A office space for the end client, Forsa, (an additional floor to what existed). Our proposals were received well by the planning authority and approved without issue.

Calibro Workspace have since executed a remarkable transformation of this building and deserve every credit for the high standard of premises which now exist.
