Gaining permission for this seemingly obvious improvement to the existing dilapidated building proved another challenge for ADMS, but one which we were glad to undertake.

Situated on a busy, main arterial route, with constant vehicular and pedestrian traffic passing by – this very restrictive site required very careful planning in order to meet the numerous demands of this building use whilst still satisfying the usual statutory bodies requirements.

Gaining approval for an additional storey, as well as exploiting the spacious rear yard areas allowed for a design which would meet a developing dental practice needs, future proofing it for years to come.
