Effluent Discharge Consent

Often, and unfairly, appearing to be the poorer relation to planning and building control approvals for properties which cannot link to a mains effluent drainage system, ADMS Architects have dealt with and gained dozens of approvals for both existing systems (which were not originally applied for) and newly proposed systems.

This is a seperate application entirely to the other statutory bodies, and is made to the Department Of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs. It remains a vital legal requirement, and as important as other statutory approvals.

ADMS Architects will be able to advise on types of suitable drainage system, act as agents for an application and deal directly with DAERA to ensure approval is granted.
