Planning Submissions

Once we know our client is happy with a design or proposal, we further develop this (always keeping in close contact with our client to convey the more detailed ideas) to a planning submission stage. We are extremely experienced in dealing with various forms of applications, including Outline, Full, Listed Building, Temporary, Access and Certificate of Lawful Development Applications. 

Often, an application will also require other sub-consultants. ADMS are able to advise on these as required, but only when essential.

Over 20 years of experience has resulted in hundreds of application approvals as proof of our knowledge in this field.
