This house was approved under a replacement dwelling policy in planning, having provided sufficient evidence of the previous dwelling being structurally unsound and unfit for modernisation. A classic example of recreating a traditional farmhouse style, but with a contemporary take on the internal arrangement for modern day family living. A red tin roof element was incorporated as a nod to the agricultural building which previously occupied the site.
