Gortnessy Meadows
A private, mixed house type development, Gortnessy Meadows has proven to be remarkably popular. Set within a rural area, yet within 10 minutes’ drive from the main central areas of the city, all dwellings on this site were sold as soon as they were released by the selling agent.
Maintaining a high standard of materials throughout, the developer was keen to ensure consistency through every house type. Apartments, semi-detached, detached and terraced – all with private garden areas and parking made available, this development was praised by councillors for the significant visual and community benefit that it would bring to the area.
Thankfully – this has borne out, with the recent completion of the local supermarket and additional apartment unit, to finalise the development.
