Difficult sites can offer up a challenge that results in a very bespoke design. This site was very much in this camp, with its steep, rising topography and limited access.
Along with working through the clients’ brief, our design was warmly received with planning, and full approval was gained on the basis of us demonstrating that the dwelling met the infill policy criteria.
We expect work to commence on this site in the near future, which will be a very exciting development.
