A private development, set at the eastern approach to the village of Six Mile Cross in Co. Tyrone, this design was taken on board by ADMS Architects following a previous planning approval. By actually reducing the numbers of units (not a common approach from any developer!) It led to a more open nature of a plan, which in turn created more comfortable garden and private parking areas for residents.

The dwelling areas also increased slightly – thus affording each house to be more family orientated due to additional bedroom space being available.

Finished to an impeccably high standard, the overall offering from the developer is one which they are extremely proud of.

We at ADMS Architects were delighted to have been able to be involved with the design and gaining statutory approvals of planning building control & effluent discharge consent.

It’s always rewarding to know you are playing a part in the continued rejuvenation of small rural villages.
